In researching some tasks regarding payroll, I came across four tasks that are default tasks in Microsoft Dynamics GP10 and GP2010. These four tasks all have access to the Payroll Inquiry window and the Payroll Audit Trail Inquiry window even though they are financial tasks. If you do not want users accessing payroll information, I would suggest that you edit the predefined task and remove access to these two windows.
The tasks are:
INQ_FIN_001*
INQ_FIN_002*
INQ_FIN_004*
INQ_FIN_005*
